The topic: Trying something new

----------------------------------------------

I’m going to do my chores in the morning, after I talk to my mom.  I think if I do it this way, they’ll get done.  I’ve found it takes less than an hour to sweep the house with the little Bissell, clean up cat piss and take care of the kitchen.  Right now, I’ll keep doing the litterboxes in the afternoon, before the cats come in for the night, so they’ll be “fresh”.

I also found out that topping off the litterboxes with fresh litter on a regular basis, helps keep the odors down. even though they’ve been sifted of debris. I guess “multi-cat” means a couple of cats, not thirty plus cats.

This morning, when we walked into the house after our walk, it rain freshened air, I took a deep breath. No weird under smell.  It smelled like a house.

That was pretty nice, especially since the house had been closed up with the heater on.

That’s a good idea to do your housework in the morning, then you have the rest of the day for the good stuff.

I have one cup of coffee in the morning while I read my message boards and then I do my housework.  And I do it in a certain order.  And I freak if my routine is disturbed.  It’s the only thing I’m anal about.  If my routine is upset, I just don’t do the housework.  I pretend I was finished.
