I'm gonna have a bruise on my left butt cheek as big as my left butt cheek. That sucker hurts! I wonder what percentage of injuries happen to people who are trying to get healthy.

If you have any iodine paint the area with it and it will draw out the bruise.

Did not know that Norah thanks for that interesting tidbit…Lisa was wondering how you where liking the WII fit we just bought one gonna try it out seems like I can’t loose a pound eating all that good for you food…lol I think when I hit 50 a few years ago it just decided to stay right where it is

lisaviolet is seventy something, married with no kids, takes care of lots of cats, likes taking photographs, loves Southern California weather and spends altogether too much time avoiding her responsibilities.
