One of the things that's back up and running on my computer is my Windows Media Player. I have over ten thousand songs on it and many, many playlists I've made over the years. A few years back I burned some disks with some of my favorite drivetime songs on them. I made two copies, one for me and one for one of my besties, since she explained why she had a Sarah McLachlan disk in her car. Because she didn't want to look silly when she was listening to music in her car.
Really? One of the songs on these disks is John Stewart's California Bloodlines from the live album The Phoenix Concerts. There's a part in there about how great if feels to sing. And he's right.
It does feel great to sing.....
