We've never had much luck with cats and thyroid problems. It started with Annie a long time ago.
Anyway, we're just taking it one day at a time with him. I gave him fluids this morning and he got his meds. He didn't show any interest in food, which worries me, but maybe after the fluids and med kicks in, he'll feel more like eating.
He's been very clingy lately and this morning is no exception. I tried putting him on the sofa with the heating pad set on low, but he didn't stay there long. He was back up on my work table before long.
I really need to get stuff wrapped and shipped out. I decided I'd do the wrapping on the dining room table and let him have my work table. I brought up one of those cat pads that are extra warm when they lay on them and he snoozed for quite a while. Now that I'm typing, he woke up. He seems so wobbly, but he just started purring.
Anyway, I got a picture of him sleeping just a while ago.
I hope this is just temporary, but I'm afraid it's not. And it makes me sad. I just opened a can of A/D and he's eating. Not sure how much he'll eat, but he is eating something.
