So how did it turn out?
I found a recipe that you dip your BS chick breast in butter, then Ritz crackers, then fry.
You make some kind of cream cheese sauce and pour the whole thing over rice.

Doesn’t that sound good?!  Butter!  Fried Chicken!  Cream cheese!
What’s not to love?!

We haven’t had it yet, we had bell peppers last night, tonight, the chicken Parmesan.

Right now, I’ve got the bread maker is making the bread.  I’ll go start dinner around 4:30.  I’m getting hungry.

Brian wants peas as a side, so I’ll heat some of those up and we’ll have salad, too.  Need my greens.  *lol*

Your recipe sounds scrumpshis. We’ve got Ritz crackers, but no cream cheese.  Find the recipe and send it to me, I’ll make it someday soon!

Oh, man….that looks all kinds of yummy!

Duke doesn’t eat tomato based sauces though, (picky, picky) so I’ll have to wait til he goes to the river or something.

I got that chicken, Ritz, cream cheese, food of the gods recipe off allrecipes.  I’ll go look for it.
