Tuesday, August 10, 2004 It seems that some of you are having problems viewing the cameras. I’m really sorry, but there were a few webmasters who were pulling images from my site and posting them on their webpages. Instead of people coming here, to lisaviolet.com to see the cameras, they were viewing them on other websites, websites that I had no way to access. So, I enabled the option to prevent hotlinking in my camera directories. I want people to see my cameras from my website, not on someone else’s. And this was using large amounts of my allotted bandwidth.
In doing so, it appears that the camera images are not viewable by all. I understand this is a browser problem. For instance, people using Opera and early versions of Netscape are unable to see the images. The only thing I can advise is using Internet Explorer or a current version of Netscape. I pay for my bandwidth and I had to do something to stop the theft of it.
