catstuff 04:42 PM - 09/26/2014 The topic: Yesterday we ran out of canned food ---------------------------------------------- For the kitties. Welll, we had two small cans of Fancy Feast for Miss Elizabeth.  Wednesday night they got fed late, we'd been to see an advanced screening of "The Equalizer" (review coming soon) and yesterday morning, when I cleaned up the bowls, they hadn't eaten hardly anything . So, I figured they could go one night without wet food.  We're heading to WalMart shortly to get more kitty cat food. I think they might eat tonight. Plus, the heat has returned, not as bad as before, but it's uncomfortable and that might be why they didn't eat. I sure hope that's all it is.

Sorry, I guess I should have followed up. Thank you for your concern. We got more food Friday and they scarfed it down. I think they don’t like the Friskies Country Platter very much because there’s always more leftover than the other kinds. So, this time we didn’t buy it. And the weather has cooled down a bit, but not for long, they’re calling for another heat wave this week, with temps in the 90s at the beach and 100s inland. Where we are. Also, strong winds at the end of the week, which is a bad thing when we’ve had almost no rain for three years. I wish this summer would end.
