The topic: Ponderance

----------------------------------------------

Why is it that the majority of girls who dress like sluts, do not have the bodies to pull it off?

The other day we went shopping. There were some kids (mid to late teens) walking along side the road. One of them was a girl, who was heavy. The pants she had on were probably about two sizes too small. Seriously. I do not lie.

How small were they?

They were so small, they didn’t come up as far as they should have (I’m sure many of you know exactly what I’m talking about; trying to squeeze into those jeans that fit so well five years ago). She had on one of those short form-fitting shirts, so the fall over flab from the pants was there for all to see (I believe this look even has a name now “muffin top”). She looked really bad from the front. But when we drove by and I looked in the sideview mirror at her backside, I swear, you could see half of her crack with cheeks, fat, everything.

And her eye makeup looked like it had been put on with a fairly wide paint brush.  I’ve seen lots of women with too much makeup on (hey, back in the day I like the eyeliner and shadows and mascara) who at least take some time to make sure it looks somewhat artful, but this one, was more arful.  Heh.

Do these females have absolutely no sense of what looks good on them or do they just not care? Hey, I’m all for accentuating the positive, but come on. There has to be some sort of limit.

Whatever happened to self respect?

Its older women too. I’m a chunky woman so i know by clothes a little bigger and try to hide the belly, but I swear in this office I see alot of women wearing form fitting clothes over bellys bigger then mine. I think Im the only one ashamed enough to hide it. The others must think it looks good. I dont know.

The baggy pants are goofy, but they don’t bother me, and they’re usually good for a laugh when they fall down.
What bugs me is the thong riding high above the pants top, because when the girl bends over, her whole butt hangs out.

I’ve made my niece go back in the house and change before I let her get in my car.

And you said it in a nutshell:  What ever happened to self respect?

I also noticed that the girls in the super-short skirts often don’t have the foggiest idea of how to sit while wearing them.  Do they deliberately try to put on a peep show, or are they just completely clueless?  And don’t the ones wearing the extra-tight jeans realize that tight clothing magnifies every figure problem?  The only people who can wear these fashions well are the ones with perfect figures.  The rest of us just look ridiculous!!

This is clearly a problem that circumnavigates the planet…
We have the same problem here in Oz.  I was once freaked out in a clothes store to find a huge “fat Chick” writhing about on the floor of the change rooms trying to fit into a pair of jeans so small that her friend was trying to tug the zipper up whilst pushing down on her friends protruding muffin top… ( I was in my change room muffling my laughter as I heard these two truggling with the jeans)

Strangely they got up off the floor and proceeded to extol the gorgeousness of their bodies and faces and how beautiful they were.

Seriously, these women were rough, with crudely applied makeup, and a rudimentary ability to speak english, even though I am sure this is their first language… none the less they were murdering it….as they were large, they were clumsy and had no problem bunping into and rudely ploughing through others at the sales counter to make their purchases first (it was a sale)

I was amazed to see this sort of behaviour as it was the first time I had been exposed to it..this was over 20 years ago….. but I have to say that this is now a more frequent behavioural trait….

So what has happened?  There has been a breakdown in social education, language and presentation….who teaches the way to be in public and private that is going to elevate not denigrate who we all are to each other????

Anyway - the cringe factor always tends to lead to some kind of laughter… although - I can live without those cheap laughs!

I am a bit of a plus size now so I make sure I keep all potentially wobbly bits well under control ad under cover - as I care enough NOT to be a source of entertainment unless I tell a joke!

Cheers

Regardless of how awful they were both visually they , rough
