The topic: New cat to the chair

----------------------------------------------

Imagine my surprise to see Joey in the chair this morning.

I know it’s Joey because when I reached in to pet him, he had a look of pure terror in his eyes.  He does that when a human touches him.  He likes the scritches and rubs, they feel good, but I think he’d be much happier if a human wasn’t attached to the other end of that thing that makes him feel so good.

I wondered who it was, the fur looked to short for Captain.  There has been a wonderful assortment of furkids in the chair this week.  Though #1 will continue to be missed.

I love the afghan that’s on the catcam chair right now.  Was the pattern very complicated?

I didn’t make it, it was a wedding gift from Brian’s ex-sister-in-law.

I have to say that Joey is GORGOUES and is in the chair most times that I visit!
Apart from Joey being a character on friends, it is also the generic name for baby and juvenile kangaroos here in Australia, and he looks so snug and happy in his little “pouch”..... Cute, sweet… sigh!
