It’s fenced in and it’s hard for them to climb the fence.  The fence isn’t really stable and that helps.  Some of them do get in, but more because it’s cool than for the nip. My Mom makes these little bags for the catnip.  It is so much fun to watch the bags move around the house as they get played with.  She uses a ‘kity’ material on one side and a plain fabric on the other.  The cats will lay on the floor and just act so silly.
