The topic: Beds

----------------------------------------------

Earlier this year, when the cold weather was replaced by the warm, I took all of the heated cat beds and had every intention of getting them washed.  I finally did this last week.

I put one in the living room under the coffee table and the other three are in the window in the family room.

And one by one, the cats checked them out and now, during the day, all three are occupied.  Kitty cats like warm places.

I would love to get my cats a heated bed.

But I have a pee-er.  Wouldn’t he get electrocuted if he peed in the bed?

You must have polite cats who do not pee their beds.

We use the self-heating beds (mats).  They reflect the kitty’s body heat and do a good job of keeping your cat warm.  Our cats love them, and they are machine washable and dry-able.  (The mats, not the cats!)

Ours is electrical. It’s a heating pad placed inside a pocket on the bed itself. It doesn’t heat until it has pressure on it.
