The topic: One of the things I hate
----------------------------------------------One of the things I hate about surgery for the cats, is pulling up the food at night. Right now, we’ve got thirty-five cats who honestly believe they’re going to starve to death and they keep reminding me of this fact. I can’t safely walk down the hallway, cats zigzag in front of me.
I will be at the vet’s office by eight, carrier in hand. And when I walk out the door here, Brian will be feeding pussycats.
Because we don’t want them to starve to death, you know.

With just three we get the “I’m dying, please feed me” act. When Speedy went for the snip snip we left him overnight because it’s hard to get any sleep when the three of them think they should have food. I could sleep thru the banging on the door, meowing piteously, sticking the paws under the door and rattling it, but, I can’t sleep thru hubby poking me and telling me the cats are making noise.

lisaviolet is fifty something, married with no kids, takes care of lots of cats, likes taking photographs, loves Southern California weather and spends altogether too much time avoiding her responsibilities.
In her spare time, she makes pretty things to sell in her store.
